We understand that choosing the correct bangle size can be challenging. If your jade bangle does not fit, we are happy to help.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with an exchange.

How the Exchange Works

2. We will provide simple return instructions.
3. Once the original bangle is safely returned and confirmed,
4. We will send you a replacement in your preferred size at no additional cost (one-time exchange).

General Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• unused
• unworn
• undamaged
• in its original packaging

Returns not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

• Items that show signs of wear
• Custom-sized or custom-engraved pieces
• Sale or clearance items (optional—let me know if you want to include this)

Refunds
